A member of the Moussac winery since 1939, four generations of Mathieu growers have succeeded one another. First with grandfather Louis, then father Pierre in 1965, with him in the GAEC EARL LES PARANS in 1984 and with his son Thibault in 2019. Le cellier des Trois tours is a family affair, which is why he has since taken over the presidency… A cellar dear to his heart. <\/p>

Particularly sensitive to environmental issues, Eric manages his HVE and Terra Vitis certified vineyard with an average yield of 85hl. Ana\u00efs created GAEC Les Vignes d’Ana\u00efs with her mother Sylvie in 2012, and will be joined by her sister Fanny in 2019. It’s a feminine story that has been written for over 10 years, but the sisters are already the 7th generation of farmers in the commune of Foissac. A family business started with their father Jo\u00ebl. She joined Cellier des 3 tours in 2013. <\/p>

Passionate about her work, Ana\u00efs works with a dozen Mediterranean, Bordeaux and Burgundy grape varieties. These varieties enable her to produce AOP Duch\u00e9 d’Uz\u00e8s wines. With dual HVE and Terra Vitis certification, she places respect for the environment and people at the heart of her farming practices. It has 41 hectares in production, spread over 5 communes. A diversity of soils, from the plains to the slopes of Aigaliers, gives it such distinctive wines. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The birth of the estate was with his grandfather ZACHARIE Maurice, then it was his father Marcel’s turn to take over. In 1998, his brother Gilles took over, and Olivier has been running the estate since 2019. He is also secretary to the board of directors of the Cave de Moussac, to which he has been a member since 2001. He is currently preparing the installation of his son Cl\u00e9ment, who will be the 4th generation of winegrowers in the family.
Olivier owns 30 hectares of Pays d’Oc vines, certified HVE and TERRA VITIS. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Born into a family of winegrowers in the commune of Moussac, Aur\u00e9lien, the 5th generation of the name, has been practicing his passion for viticulture since 2012.
He now farms 60ha on 2 plantations on the family estate. Since 2020, he has farmed an additional 15ha under his own name using organic methods. <\/p>

With his love of farming and concern for Mother Nature, he is one of the cooperative’s forerunners in the environmental field:
he holds triple certification for Terras Vitis, HVE and Organic Agriculture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

After a degree in oenology, he joined the Moussac site as a cellarman in 1985. He is, to say the least, the cellar’s living memory. An unwavering commitment to this site, where he started and would end his career. For almost 25 years, he worked with Jacky Bertrand, producing an average of over 35,000 hl of wine until the merger in 2003. A man who has lived through all the key eras of the winery and the technical evolutions of the trade.
“Wine can be preserved,” says a wine merchant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Initially working as a cellarman, he began his career at the Brignon site in 2001, following an impending retirement. He became Cellar Master when the merger took place in 2003, and took over management of vinification at all sites. He works with Christine on the administrative side of the winery. 2014 marked the transfer of the vats to the Moussac site, and of his duties. He is now in charge of Le Cellier’s administration.
He officially takes up the post of Director of Le Cellier in 2021. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He is a filtration specialist. Dynamic and committed, he was a seasonal worker at Le Cellier for 14 years before signing his permanent contract as a cellarman in February 2023. He knows his trade inside out, and has evolved with the various changes in winemaking mechanisms. This consecration will give a boost to the whole team and absorb some of the incessant growth in the volume of hectolitres produced by Les Celliers. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 2001, she joined the Moussac site as a multi-skilled agent (cellar sales and secretarial work). In 2009, her position changed, as did her administrative responsibilities: since the merger, she has worked alongside David at both sites. She officially became a full-time cellar sales assistant in 2014, after investing heavily in the boutique and transferring the vats. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The latest addition to the team, she comes from an accounting background. She has been learning the ropes since 2018. Regulatory changes and Le Cellier’s growth meant that administrative reinforcements were needed, so she became a real partner for the Director. As an administrative and legal assistant, she is constantly striving to evolve and understand, and her various training courses bear witness to this on a daily basis. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
